We are excited to invite applications for the permanent position of Assistant Farm Manager at our Kealandi aggregation, located near Moree, NSW.

Assist the Farm Manager with daily operations of a large broad acre cropping aggregation.

You will have:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, suppliers, peers and other managers.

• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and ability to follow process.

• Attention to detail in all aspects of farming operations, including record keeping

• A modern and diligent approach to WHS with a passion for broad acre farming

• 5+ years’ experience in broad acre grain cropping production including the operation and maintenance of all associated plant, equipment, machinery and chemical handling.

• HC-MC drivers licence highly regarded.

• Current chemical accreditation essential.

• Current First Aid Certificate highly regarded.
