An exciting opportunity has become available for a Transformation Lead to join our Digital Transformation team at SensesWA. In this pivotal role, you’ll do more than manage change — you’ll lead transformation that matters. Working at the heart of a purpose-driven organisation with over 128 years of history and a bold vision for the future, you’ll drive strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide projects focused on CRM and digital enablement. This position is fixed-term for two-years.
To ensure your success in the role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading CRM transformation and business system enhancement projects.
- Expertise in delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs, define priorities, and manage complex needs of cross functional stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, with experience managing change across systems, including Salesforce or equivalent CRMs.
- Degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field.
