About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Marketing & Business Development (BD) Coordinator to join our Victorian Marketing & BD team.
Reporting to the National BD & Marketing Manager you will work with our Melbourne and Dandenong offices and the National Marketing and BD team in this hands-on generalist Marketing & BD role.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with Lawyers in different Practice Groups and Industry Groups to support the roll out of marketing strategies.
- Assist in shaping capability statements and proposals.
- Liaise with the Communications Advisor to prepare and send legal updates.
- Assist to maintain our online marketing channels (website and social media platforms) to ensure they up-to-date and relevant.
- Ensure brand consistency across firm and event collateral in accordance with guidelines.
- Maintain our client database.
- Contribute to regular discussions with the marketing team and share ideas.
- Support the National Events Manager to roll out events in our Melbourne office.
About You
You are proactive and flexible by nature, always considering the bigger picture with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ mindset. You pride yourself on being a team player who can take direction and build relationships effortlessly.
In addition, you have:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing/business or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Outstanding administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Adobe Design Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) – desirable but not essential.
- Experience in professional services – desirable but not essential.
