At Chidiac Realty, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 100 to 150 residential properties (90% apartments) while receiving full training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing a portfolio of 100 to 150 residential properties with the support of a Property Officer and Virtual Assistant, while being mentored by senior management.
Working closely with landlords and tenants to deliver exceptional customer service.
Handling maintenance, vacate inspections, rent reviews, lease renewals, routine inspections, and compliance management.
Learning to use industry-leading property management systems and staying up to date with relevant regulations.
Growing your confidence in managing client communications and problem-solving.
Being supported through structured training and ongoing professional development.
What we’re looking for:
1-2 years of experience as a Property Officer or Junior Property Manager.
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A proactive and ambitious approach to learning and career growth.
Attention to detail and the ability to work within a team environment.
A willingness to take on challenges and learn from experienced mentors.
