Your new role

As the Branch Manager, you hold the vital responsibility of overseeing the preparation, delivery, collection, and maintenance of our company’s motor vehicle fleet, in addition to managing the Branch staff. Your primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to all clients and referral partners. Under the guidance of the Senior Branch Manager, your duties include meticulously inspecting the quality of work performed and generating comprehensive reports documenting daily activities in the required format

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to manage logistics and address any issues that arise.
  • Solve logistical problems quickly and keep clients informed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of computer literacy, quickly learning and adapting to new systems.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, guiding and supporting team members as needed.
  • Physically wash and prepare vehicles for delivery to clients.
  • Perform strong administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation.
  • Apply your knowledge and experience in the rental vehicle or fleet industry to enhance operations.
  • Understand logistics within the motor trade, including spare parts, smash repairs, and dealerships, to streamline processes.

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in a face-to-face customer service role.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience within a rental vehicle or fleet organisation.
  • Understanding of logistics within the motor trade, including spare parts, smash repair, and dealerships.
