Your Guided Implementation Journey consists of a series of interactive workshops to help you learn and enable features within your platform.

Phase 1: Core Workshops (Mandatory)
Our core workshops are key for setting up the basics of your platform.
Clients integrating with a Payroll platform should attend workshops Core 1.2: Loading employees via Payroll integration and Core 3: Time & Attendance – Managing leave (Payroll Clients)

Core 1.1: Loading employees via a CSV file (HR only)
Step 1 of your journey is to load your employees in to your HR platform and add them to teams and reporting lines (Organising your employees). This webinar is for HR only clients and not those integrating with EH Payroll.

Core 1.2: Loading employees via Payroll integration
Step 1 for our clients integrating Employment Hero HR with Employment Hero Payroll is to synchronise your platforms. IMPORTANT: This workshop is not recommended until you have completed a parallel run in your payroll platform.

Core 2: Organising Employees
See how to create reporting lines and set up teams for automation.

Core 3: Time & Attendance – Managing Leave
This workshop demonstrates how to configure your platform to use the leave management functionality. Note: Choose the applicable webinar depending on whether you’re integrating Employment Hero Payroll or whether you’re an HR only client.

Core 4: Setting up employee engagement tools
Set up your company values, learn how to use the company feed, and send out surveys.

Launching Employment Hero
See how to prepare the platform for launch, customise your invitations, and manage and track employee activations.
Phase 2: Recommended Workshops
Your employees should be set up (and engaged) on the platform at this stage. These recommended workshops are available to help set up the additional features that matter most to your business.
You may opt into as many of these workshops as you like. You will need to complete a minimum of four workshop milestone activities within 30-days to be eligible for your implementation refund.

Customising Onboarding
Personalise your onboarding, upload your Induction content, add in custom fields and set up onboarding and offboarding checklists

Managing HR Documents and Templates
Create your own HR Documentation templates, issue HR documents via Employment Hero, upload your existing HR Documentation and set up your authorising signatory.

Managing Certifications
This workshop describes how to assign licences (e.g. a driving license), checks (e.g. right to work), qualifications or training to your employee files, and automate reminders when they approach expiry.

Managing Policies
Utilise Employment Hero policy templates, add in your organisations policies and assign policies to employees. Duration: 2 mins

Managing Performance Reviews
Learn how to setup your formal review process.

Managing Assets
See how to setup and assign assets to your employees.

Managing Security
Learn more about adding custom security permissions and two-factor authentication.

Managing Recruitment
Create a hiring process, integrate with job boards and manage your candidates.
Phase 3: Advanced Workshops
(Premium & Platinum only)
These optional workshops are designed to help you maximise the value of some of the more advanced, beyond-basic-setup features on the platform to help you transform the way you manage HR day-to-day.
