Terms & Conditions
About the Promotion
1. This Hero Heights Program Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2. As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for an Eligible Participant to receive a Reward (Promotion).
3. Promotional Period & Expiry: The current incentive structures and rewards offered under the Hero Heights program are classified as a limited promotional initiative. This Promotion runs from 20 December 2024 and is scheduled to expire on 31 December 2028 (Promotion Period), unless extended or terminated earlier at the sole discretion of Employment Hero.
Who can enter?
4. Eligibility and Program Engagement: To qualify for Hero Heights program rewards, members must complete the initial Advocacy Assessment (Case Study Interview). Participation in subsequent advocacy activities (e.g., Reference Calls, Media Opportunities) is voluntary and subject to matching criteria determined by Employment Hero.
Reward
5. Eligible Participants who in good faith undertake advocacy activities will receive rewards as follows:
- Case Studies: A digital gift card valued at $100 AUD / $100 NZD / £100 GBP / $100 CAD (dependent on the member’s operating region) will be issued via our designated gifting platform within 14 business days of the completed case study interview.
- Reference Calls: Members will receive a reward of $50 AUD / $50 NZD / £50 GBP / $50 CAD per successfully completed and verified reference call arranged through the Employment Hero automated reference system.
6. Taxation: Participants are solely responsible for any tax implications associated with receiving program rewards and incentives. (Note: See clause 11(e) regarding tax liability).

7. By participating in Case Studies, Social Media Features, or Video Spotlights, members grant Employment Hero a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their business name, logo, employee quotes, and imagery across Orca (Salesforce), marketing repositories, websites, and public social media channels for promotional and commercial verification purposes.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
8. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions may apply.
9. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:
a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
b) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
d) variation in Reward value to that stated in these terms; or
e) tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
11. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
12. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
13. The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early or modify the Promotion of these terms in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
16. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts
