We’ve added more flexibility to Custom Reports
We know you love our Custom Reports feature, which is why we’ve been making it more useful for your business operations, starting with a fresh makeover.
We’ve also added new filters and the ability to sort by certification completion and expiry date, work eligibility passport and visa expiry date, and job history start and end date. Plus, you can also arrange your chosen fields however you see fit. It’s just one more way that you can make Employment Hero features unique and more relevant to your business.
And lastly, we’ve added more data fields via Report type: Assets & Safety Incidents, more filtering capabilities: Exclude Archived Certifications, Personnel, Age, Contract Type, Employment Status, Employment Type and Gender.

You can now connect to multiple SEEK accounts
If you’re looking to hire in 2024, we’ve just made it a whole lot easier. We know that spending time ensuring that all job postings are the same across platforms, as well as flicking between platforms can be a tedious task.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that you can connect to multiple SEEK accounts at once in the Recruitment module.
By integrating SEEK and Employment Hero together, you can seamlessly post job adverts straight from the Applicant Tracking System to find a new employee for your business – it’s the perfect match.

Enhanced 1:1 management
When it comes to giving and receiving feedback, regular 1:1 meetings are a key component of a successful professional relationship. They give managers and their direct reports uninterrupted time to discuss projects, review performance, remove roadblocks and more.
1:1s play a critical role in the workplace, which is why we’ve enhanced 1:1 management for Admins. Now, Admins will have total visibility over your organisation’s 1:1 meetings. Plus, have the flexibility to cancel, delete, or archive meetings as needed.
Enhanced Goal management
Setting goals at the start of the year is one of the best ways to keep your team motivated and aligned for the year ahead.
In Employment Hero, Goals (using the OKR framework) helps bring focus to the areas of the business that make the biggest difference. Think of them as team objectives that are collaborative – operating on a company, team and individual level, promoting transparency and accountability for everyone.
We’ve made some changes to Goals to help you start the year off strong. Previously any goal or OKR could be edited or deleted by any person with the platform. Now, only goal owners and the managers above them can edit or delete OKRs and goals. We’ve also added the ability for custom access options to grant specific employees access and clear prompts to enhance your overall experience.
