About the Role
We are seeking reliable and grounded female Disability Support Workers to join a structured support team for a participant transitioning into Supported Independent Living (SIL) at a purpose-built, high-support property in Woodstock.
You will be working within a low-stimulus, structured environment, supporting a participant with psychosocial and behavioural needs, with a strong focus on routine, emotional regulation, and safety.
You will work under the guidance of a Key Worker and leadership team to deliver consistent, high-quality support across 24-hour rotating shifts.
