Warehouse Picker/Packer

We are currently seeking casual warehouse stores people to join our team on the dayshift.

Much of our stock is fragile and some is classed as dangerous goods so we want team members who will take extra care when handling stock. This is a busy environment with a 2 story mezzanine and some stairs.

We have an awesome team in the warehouse working across picking and packing as well as on the forklifts and everyone gets in to help wherever they are needed. We use RF scanners so it’s ideal if you have used these before.

Your main duties will be ordering picking, putting new stock away in the mezzanine, shrink wrapping and some bulk pick alongside the forklift drivers. You may also work in the packing area and conducting other tasks as required.

This is a day shift position, with the warehouse generally operating between 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday. There are some occasional later finishes in peak periods and even some Saturdays if you are available to pick up the overtime.

This is a casual position with no guarantee of regular or ongoing work but we are currently flat out and needing people 5 days a week.

You must:

Have strong attention to detail

Have a great attitude, willing to jump in and help and be a true team player.

Have worked within a warehouse environment previously (preferably luxury goods or FMCG)

Be available to work on a rostered basis across Monday to Friday.

We roster in advance as much as possible and you should be available to work 5 days per week.

We are using SAP so experience with SAP and/or RF Scanning is a real bonus.
