Maintenance Team Member

Location: Tregoad Holiday Park, part of Waterside’s 5-Star Holiday Parks

Contract Type: Full-Time

Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekends

Salary: £27,520 per annum

Join the Maintenance Team at Tregoad Holiday Park and help us maintain the high standards that make Waterside a 5-star experience. We are looking for motivated and reliable people to join our enthusiastic maintenance team. This is an exciting time to be part of the team as we continue to grow, invest in our parks, and maintain a high standard across all our accommodation and facilities.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Team Member, your duties will include:

• Performing general park maintenance both inside and outside.
• Handling basic maintenance tasks for rented accommodations.
• Working independently and taking the initiative to resolve issues.
• Communicating effectively with both guests and team members.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety guidelines and fire regulations.
• Assisting in the siting of caravans.
• Being familiar with and adhering to relevant workplace legislation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated individuals who:

• Have a basic understanding of maintenance tasks.
• Are proactive, reliable, and can work independently.
• Communicate well with others and provide excellent service.
• Hold a full driving licence.

Weekend availability is required.
