About the Role

We’re seeking a Revenue Analyst to join our Auckland team. This role partners with both our NZ team and the wider Australia-based Revenue and Distribution team to drive revenue growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is confident working with diverse data sets, building bespoke models, and delivering actionable insights, with a strong understanding of channel management systems, OTAs, and the GDS.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust pricing and inventory strategy alongside the New Zealand General Manager and the Director of Revenue APAC
  • Conducting regular analysis to understand current trends as well as insights that would drive profitability and/or efficiencies
  • Channel management of various OTA’s, including listings, pricing and any relevant restrictions or promotions
  • Ability to work on ad hoc projects as the business scales, to provide best practices or departmental recommendations
  • Develop and implement procedures and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue and distribution data
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that revenue and distribution processes are integrated well with other business functions
  • Consistently evaluating our existing processes to ensure ongoing operational efficiency

 

What We Look For

  • 2-3 years experience in revenue management in hospitality is required
  • Knowledge of online distribution channels and experience with distribution software is desirable (e.g SiteMinder, STAAH)
  • Experience with Property Management systems is desirable
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational, written and communication skills
