About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Building Fabric and Facilities Lead to take ownership of our workspace and continuously improve it as the business requires.
In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day site maintenance, lead small internal build projects, carry out high-quality carpentry and finishing work, and ensure our site evolves alongside a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving practical problems and takes real pride in owning and continuously improving a workspace. You’ll work across multiple areas of the sites, supporting both our facilities and production environments to ensure everything operates smoothly.
This role has a strong focus on hands-on building, carpentry work, and continuous site improvement projects, not just reactive maintenance.
If you have a background in building fabric, fit-out or a similar hands-on trade, and you’re looking to join a fast-growing, purpose-led skincare manufacturer where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
Your work will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our workspace, creating an environment where our teams can continue creating award-winning skincare.

- Constructing, modifying, and improving workspace layouts to support a growing operation
- Maintaining outdoor areas (landscaping, general upkeep)
- Monitoring and running our on-site wastewater treatment system (training provided).
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement projects across the site
- Reading and working from basic plans or drawings for internal build and improvement projects

What We’re Looking For
- Recognised UK trade qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) in Carpentry, Construction, or a related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong carpentry or multi-trade background, ideally with experience in
construction, site work, or internal fit-out projects
- Proven experience in carpentry, building fabric, fit-out, property maintenance or construction environments, ideally within commercial, retail, or industrial settings
- Experience in troubleshooting site or equipment issues and identifying practical solutions.
- Confident in carrying out high-quality hands-on work, including carpentry, internal builds, repairs, and multi-trade tasks
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment (prior exposure a plus, not a must).
- Comfortable with a physically active role that may include lifting, ladder work, and working both indoors and outdoors.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish.
- Good communication skills, a flexible approach, and a positive, can-do attitude.
