Senior Program Manager

Tritium is a global leader in DC fast charging technology for electric vehicles. We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our New Product Development team, reporting directly to the CTO. You’ll own the delivery of our next generation of EV chargers — from concept to market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through the full product lifecycle — concept, development, industrialisation, and launch
• Be the single source of truth across all program stakeholders: schedule, cost, performance, and delivery
• Govern programs through Tritium’s Product Creation Process, keeping scope tight and milestones on track
• Develop whole-product test plans and lead resolution of technical issues across the program
• Proactively identify roadblocks and drive solutions that keep programs moving
• Report program status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and the Board

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional hardware product programs end-to-end
• Deep understanding of Systems Engineering principles
• Strong leadership in a matrix organisation — you influence without authority
• Commercially astute, with hands-on budget management experience
• Clear, confident communicator from the workshop floor to the boardroom

Nice to Have

• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Office 365
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Background in EV, power electronics, or hardware-heavy product development
