Summary:

As an Office Administrator at Octane Holdings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office within the utilities sector. This permanent, full-time position based in Bradford, Yorkshire, requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently, support team members, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and ensure timely dissemination of information.
  • Support the finance team with invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Assist in organising company events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.

Qualifications:
