Coed Helen Holiday Park, Caernarfon, LL54 5RS

We are looking for a dependable, thorough and hard-working Receptionist with relevant administrative knowledge and experience to join our friendly office team here at Coed Helen Holiday Park.

Located close to the Menai Strait with stunning views towards Anglesey and the foothills of Snowdonia, Coed Helen is part of St. David’s Leisure Ltd., a family-owned holiday park operator with four parks, all situated along the beautiful North Wales coast.

Set within 23 acres of mature woodland, Coed Helen offers private holiday homeowners and hire guests a peaceful retreat in the grounds of a historic manor house and country estate. Our park is a place to relax, unwind and escape the stresses of everyday life, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every visitor.

The Role:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5h per week over 5 days.

The successful applicant will commence the role at the end of Augst, very early September. It would be desirable that the candidate complete a handover/training period a week prior to commencing.

Salary:

Competitive, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact for our guests and holiday homeowners, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service.

Duties include:

• Welcoming visitors to the park office

• Assisting private holiday homeowners and hire guests

• Answering telephone and email enquiries

• Taking accommodation bookings

• Processing payments and administrative tasks

• General office administration and accounting (accounting experience desirable)

• Supporting the office team with day-to-day operations

• Dependable, organised and hardworking

• Professional manner and appearance

• Previous administrative and accounting experience

• Confident using computers and standard office software

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Able to work independently as well as part of a small team

• Friendly, warm, professional and approachable manner

Previous experience in a similar receptionist and administrative/accounting role would be welcomed.
