Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role, with a minimum of 1 year in B2B environments. to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships through proactive outbound calls. Your goal will be to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and secure appointments or sales that contribute to the company’s growth.As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a key role in representing our brand professionally and positively. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.The ideal candidate will have:

Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Lead Generations

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads, securing appointments for the sales team.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.

Target Achievement

  • Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems.

Reporting & Feedback

  • Provide regular updates on progress and performance to management.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and website enquiries.
  • Share insights on customer trends and feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Identify and qualify leads, securing appointments for the sales team.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a strong understanding of telemarketing techniques.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry.
