This role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be working with the Global Talent team and will be instrumental in scaling our UK and global tech teams by attracting high-quality talent and delivering a standout candidate experience that helps us accelerate towards our BHAG.
Your key focus areas will be:

Tech Scaling (UK & EMEA): Driving the growth of high-performing product, engineering, and technical teams across our European markets.

Quality & Speed: Filling mission-critical roles quickly without compromising on quality or the candidate journey.

Strategic Sourcing: Partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract best-in-class passive and active talent.

Process & Brand Excellence: Championing continuous process improvements and employer brand initiatives to keep EH ahead of the talent curve.
This will include:
- Finding and engaging high-calibre tech talent using creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, etc.).
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple technical functions.
- Conducting structured interviews to assess both technical competency and cultural alignment with The EH Way.
- Advocating for our EVP and telling the Employment Hero story to inspire and convert the right candidates.
- Tracking pipeline health and hiring metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Supporting initiatives to improve the efficiency, inclusivity, and AI-integration of our hiring process.
Who you are
To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way – operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring:

4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in engineering or product hiring.
- Prior experience in SaaS, scaleups, or high-growth tech environments.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities and proficiency with modern recruitment tech stacks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A high-energy, bias-for-action approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams.
