Remote Senior Software Engineer (Product Engineering)

We’re looking for product-minded engineers who enjoy solving real customer problems, collaborating closely with Product teams, moving fast, and continuously shipping meaningful product impact in a modern AI-assisted engineering environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and evolve customer-facing product features
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Own delivery end-to-end from planning to production
• Operate effectively in Agent-assisted software delivery workflows
• Solve problems pragmatically with focus on speed, quality, and customer impact
• Contribute to code reviews, engineering discussions, and operational improvements
• Help improve reliability, debugging, and incident response across the product

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience building and shipping production software systems
• Strong product mindset and ownership mentality
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-changing environments
• Pragmatic engineering judgment and strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable collaborating across broader product areas beyond strict backend/full-stack boundaries
• Experience with modern engineering practices including testing, CI/CD, observability, and cloud environments
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Ruby, Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript
• Strong English communication skills
