We currently have a great opportunity for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our team at our BPX Southampton Branch (SO50 4NU). We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to join our friendly team. This is a full-time, permanent role where continuous training and development will be provided.

The Opportunity:
As our delivery driver/warehouse operative you will be responsible
for local-drop deliveries to our customers. In addition, you may be required to support the warehouse team in assisting with incoming deliveries and outgoing order picking.
The main duties will include:
·Delivering local-drop orders to our customers using our company
van
·Ensuring the van is kept roadworthy by reporting any accidents or
repairs
·Any other duties requested by the Manager.
·Delivering excellent customer service, following BPX standards
·Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results
·Picking, processing and preparing orders, ready for delivery
·Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
To join our team we are looking for a person who:
·Has experience of working in a warehouse and local-drop deliveries
·Has an outgoing, positive and professional attitude
·Has good day to day planning capabilities, this will be essential
for the candidate to be successful in this role
·Is able to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
·Is conscientious with good attention to detail
·Trustworthy and reliable at all times
·Full UK driving licence
