Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled two Senior Product Designers to join our Product Design team to design, develop, and deliver intuitive, high-impact product experiences that support the success of our users. This role is central to improving core product workflows by leading end-to-end design across key areas of the platform, from discovery and user research through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to polished, production-ready UI
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover real-world needs
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate ideas
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, maintaining consistency across products
- Monitor and improve product experience using user feedback, data, and performance insights
- Bring AI and emerging tools into your day-to-day design practice
About You
- Proven experience in product design, ideally within B2B SaaS environments
- Strong end-to-end design capability across UX and UI
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, user-focused designs that support real-world workflows
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering
- Strong product thinking, with the ability to solve complex problems and simplify user experiences
- Experience contributing to design systems and maintaining consistent patterns
- Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively
- Comfortable using data and insights to inform design decisions
- Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
