Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a venue in Collaroy, Sydney’s Northern Beaches. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.

Qualifications:
