The Opportunity
This is a standalone leadership role accountable for how Erilyan shows up in the market and to its people. You own the brand, the content, the events and the media relationships. You report to the Chief Operating Officer and lead one part time Coordinator. It is a strategy and delivery role. You will set the plan and you execute on the strategy.
What you’ll own
- Brand system, collateral, site signage and merchandise
- Social channels, website and the content calendar
- Design production in InDesign, hands on
- Bid and pre construction content support
- Events across NSW and VIC, from sod turns to conferences
- Awards submissions, national and global
- Community partnerships and sponsorships
- Media relations, monitoring and issues support with our external advisor
- Internal communications across the business
About you
- Five plus years in marketing and communications
- Advanced InDesign
- Sharp writer who can produce a media release, ghost write and produce social content
- Proven event delivery, including on operational sites
- Confident with senior leaders, engineers and project teams
- Strong attention to detail and effective communicator
- Construction, property or infrastructure experience is an advantage
