IMS Engineer – Remote

We are looking for a skilled IMS Engineer to design, implement, and support IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with telecom networks and a strong understanding of VoLTE/VoIP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain IMS core network elements
• Support VoLTE, VoWiFi, and SIP-based services
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and optimization
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
• Ensure compliance with network security and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IMS/telecom networks
• Strong knowledge of SIP, Diameter, RTP protocols
• Experience with VoLTE/VoIP systems and IMS architecture
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies
• Understanding of Linux/Unix environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendors like Ericsson, Huawei, or Nokia
• Knowledge of LTE/5G core networks
• Exposure to cloud-based telecom infrastructure (NFV/SDN)
