About the Role

As a Repair Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of your site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, developing and motivating a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors
  • Driving team performance, productivity and engagement
  • Managing workshop workflow to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard
  • Maintaining a safe, organised and compliant working environment
  • Managing site budgets, expenses and profitability
  • Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ensuring every customer receives a professional, positive and seamless experience
  • Building a strong team culture aligned with CARe’s values and standards

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience managing an automotive repair business, ideally within a high-volume workshop
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • A proven ability to build, develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Sound commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and operational performance
  • A passion for the automotive industry and delivering high-quality repairs
  • A positive, hands-on approach and genuine enthusiasm for what you do
  • A commitment to operational excellence, customer service and team success
  • Australian permanent residency or appropriate working rights
