About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our reforestation project for APA for a new project in NSW. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved to the highest quality, on time, and within budget. – Please note you will be required to be on site 5 days a week. – please only apply if in Bathurst or Lithgow area

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Staff management, including rostering, performance, and fostering a positive team culture

• Client liaison and stakeholder management

• Budget oversight, cost control, and reporting

• Project planning, scheduling, and documentation

• Knowledge and oversight of civil works and vegetation management activities (preferred)

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience managing projects in environmental management, reforestation, or related industries

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience coordinating staff and managing budgets

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Knowledge of civil works and vegetation management is highly desirable

• Experience in rail, gas, mining, or resources projects is a plus
