About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our reforestation project for APA in Mudgee, NSW. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved to the highest quality, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Staff management, including rostering, performance, and fostering a positive team culture

• Client liaison and stakeholder management

• Budget oversight, cost control, and reporting

• Project planning, scheduling, and documentation

• Knowledge and oversight of civil works and vegetation management activities (preferred)

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience managing projects in environmental management, reforestation, or related industries

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience coordinating staff and managing budgets

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Knowledge of civil works and vegetation management is highly desirable

• Experience in rail, gas, mining, or resources projects is a plus
