What you’ll be doing

Working closely with our Project Managers and delivery teams, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving by providing strong commercial and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Managing procurement and subcontractor packages from tender through to award.
  • Preparing contracts, purchase orders and project documentation.
  • Assessing variations, progress claims and subcontractor payments.
  • Monitoring project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting.
  • Supporting Project Managers with commercial decision-making and project delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
  • Helping deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You’ll be part of the project team from beginning to end, ensuring every detail is managed and every project is set up for success.

About you

You’re someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects.

You understand that great Contracts Administrators do far more than manage paperwork, they help projects run smoothly by anticipating issues, building strong relationships and keeping the commercial side of projects on track.

You’ll likely bring experience within commercial construction, fit-out, refurbishment or maintenance, and be looking for an opportunity where you can continue to grow your career alongside experienced project professionals.

  • Has experience as a Contracts Administrator within construction.
  • Understands procurement, subcontract administration, variations and cost control.
