Underground Diesel Fitters – Turnberry Mine | Western Australia

The Opportunity:

Access Mining is building its maintenance crew at Turnberry Mine, a new underground gold operation in Western Australia, supported out of the established Andy Well Mine. We want tradespeople who know their equipment, take ownership of their work, and back their team in a high-pressure underground environment.

This is a small operational crew working a single heading decline. Each team member makes a direct difference to availability, safety, and production. If that’s the environment you perform in, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role:

As part of the Turnberry Crew, you’ll be responsible for the availability and reliability of underground mining equipment, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing machinery that keeps the single heading turning over around the clock. Where your crew needs you, there will be a range of hands on activities to support them.

What You Bring:

• Trade qualification in heavy vehicle/plant mechanics
• Proven heavy vehicle experience in an underground mining environment
• Zero-harm mindset – not just as a policy, but as a personal standard
• The ability to show up, pull your weight, and back your crew – every shift

• Up to $100/hr for the right candidate
• 7/7 rotating days/nights
• 12-hour shifts with fortnightly pay
• FIFO – charter flight from Perth to site and return
• Onsite accommodation at the recently established mine village, inclusive of a fully equipped gym
