Front of House Assistant

We’re looking for two friendly and reliable Front of House Assistants to welcome guests, provide excellent service, and help create a memorable dining experience. This is a busy, fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be comfortable working on your feet and as part of a hardworking team.

Both roles are working an average of 10 hours per week:

Week 1 Rota:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10:00am-2:00pm

Week 2 Rota:

Tuesdays and Fridays 10:00am-2:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and serving customers
• Taking food and drink orders
• Serving food and beverages
• Operating tills and handling payments
• Keeping tables and restaurant areas clean and tidy
• Assisting customers with queries
• Working as part of the team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with good attention to detail
• A strong team player with a willingness to learn
• Flexible to work weekends and additional shifts when required
• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
