Are you a driven B2B sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to join our Account Manager team.

The Role

You will take ownership of large, multi-site and group accounts, delivering tailored solutions across our full product portfolio. Success in this role will come from your ability to influence multiple stakeholders, understand customer needs in depth, and build long-term, strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new high-value B2B opportunities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of complex, strategic accounts
  • Deliver bespoke, needs-based product solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute aligned sales strategies
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and drive growth
  • Negotiate and influence at all levels within client organisations
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

About You

  • Proven track record in consultative B2B sales (ideally within a technical or product-led environment)
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple decision-makers
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and communicating effectively via phone and email
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and focused on building a sustainable territory

  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for solution-based selling, not just product-led sales
  • Evidence of sustained, high-level sales growth and performance
