Winchester Motor Company is a well-established and trusted automotive retailer, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and a seamless vehicle purchasing experience. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our team!

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a successful sales operation. This is an on-site role, working Mon to Fri from 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.

The Role

As Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our vehicle sales team, ensuring all sales documentation is processed accurately and efficiently from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing vehicle sales orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing vehicle invoicing and registration documentation
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, finance providers, and manufacturers
  • Managing vehicle stock records and administration systems
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
  • Supporting the sales team with reports, documentation, and customer communications
  • Coordinating vehicle handovers and delivery paperwork
  • Handling general administrative duties and maintaining organised filing systems
  • Assisting with finance and warranty administration where required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within the motor trade or a sales environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • Experience using motor industry systems such as Pinnacle
  • Knowledge of vehicle registration and invoicing processes
  • Good understanding of MS Office including Excel and Sharepoint
