Sales Support

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support professional to join our team. The Sales Support role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth running of the sales process and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
• Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and tactics
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sales support in Beauty or retail industry .
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
