Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across all industries. This senior leadership role oversees sales operations, leads the sales team, manages key client relationships, and collaborates with other departments to align sales initiatives with organisational goals. The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing WHOLESALE BEAUTY HUB’s sales strategy to achieve business growth, profitability, and market share targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate major contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience in all industries is preferred
  • A Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.
