Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate

Location: Norwich based head office, with the option for hybrid working after a thorough induction period.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The Quality Assurance Team are responsible for co-ordinating administration, customer service and compliance activities within our Valuation & Survey Division, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality expected of an RICS Surveyor.

We are excited to offer you an opportunity to demonstrate your technical abilities and expertly manage a high workload to produce valuation and survey reports in collaboration with our team of chartered surveyors.

We are looking for candidates with proven expertise in proofreading, report editing, and data management, along with an excellent grasp of the English language, impeccable attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and exceptional time management.

Responsibilities:

  • To be a first point of contact for customer enquiries following the survey inspection, providing online and telephone support during office hours.
  • Support our regionally based Chartered Surveyors by proofreading and formatting reports, ensuring they are professionally presented and issued to our clients.
  • Administer quality assurance reviews for surveyors to ensure that they meet client requirements and compliance with RICS standards.
  • Log and monitor informal complaints to ensure they are responded to within the required timescales.
  • Ensure for all jobs that Terms and Conditions are issued, invoices are raised and payments have been received.

Prepare analytical reports on performance data, identifying trends and recommending further actions where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience in customer services and administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience of working within a valuation and surveying practice and/or an understanding of bank panel management would be an advantage
