Location: Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa and Chesil Beach Holiday Park

Contract Type: Seasonal

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Salary: £14.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Seasonal Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and rotating stock while overseeing the running of a section.

• Preparing menu items and specials to the highest standards.

• Maintaining health and safety standards throughout the kitchen to ensure a 5-star food hygiene rating.

• Ensuring your designated workstation complies with company standards at all times.
