Green Zone Surveys (UK) Ltd is a fast-expanding company delivering Building Compliance surveys and a comprehensive range of related services to clients throughout the United Kingdom powered by Vadellla. Our specialist TR19 ductwork cleaning division, Enviroduct, further strengthens our offering within the built environment sector.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the nationwide planning, scheduling, and coordination of TR19 duct and ventilation works across the UK. Working alongside a team of Operations Coordinators, the role ensures operational efficiency through effective resource allocation, proactive communication with clients and technicians, and the accurate management of operational systems and records.

About the role:

  • Coordinate and schedule nationwide operational works
  • Allocate work efficiently based on technician availability, location and competency
  • Manage re-bookings, cancellations and scheduling amendments
  • Liaise with clients regarding booking dates, access requirements and operational updates
  • Ensure technicians receive accurate job information, RAMS and site requirements.
  • Send RAMs onto clients if required
  • Support Area Supervisors and Management Teams with operational planning.
  • Monitor workload capacity and escalate resource concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records within FieldMotion and company planning systems.

 What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in an administration, operations, scheduling, or coordination role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detait
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and scheduling systems
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Experience within facilities management, compliance services, HVAC or ventilation hygiene sectors
  • Experience coordinating field-based teams across multiple regions
  • Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and RAMS documentation
  • Experience within facilities management, compliance services, construction, or HVAC sectors (desirable)
  • Understanding of TR19 ductwork cleaning and ventilation hygiene services (desirable)
  • Experience preparing quotations and remedial work proposals (desirable)
