Paid Media Executive

Location: Leeds / Hybrid Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week at UK Coaching Head Office, Leeds

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 a year Reporting to: Head of Marketing / Interim Product Marketing Manager

Role Purpose

We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across UK Coaching’s products and services, including UK Coaching Club membership, learning and development products, events, partnerships, and campaigns that support the coaching community.

The role will focus on driving awareness, engagement, acquisition, and conversion through paid digital channels, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, PPC, paid social, SEO-aligned activity, and data-led optimisation across both B2C and B2B campaigns.

You’ll be hands-on in platform, confident working with data, and motivated by improving campaign performance week by week.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Delivery

• Plan, build, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across:

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube and display advertising where appropriate

• Execute PPC and paid social activity aligned to campaign objectives, budgets, and target

audiences

• Continuously test and refine:

  • Keywords
  • Audiences
  • Ad copy
  • Creative
  • Landing page approaches to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI

• Manage campaign structures, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and retargeting activity

• Support audience segmentation, remarketing, and A/B testing initiatives

SEO & Performance Optimisation

• Support SEO activity by identifying keyword opportunities and aligning paid and organic search

insights

• Work with content, creative, and web teams to improve landing page performance and

conversion rates

• Monitor and optimise campaign performance against agreed KPIs, including:

  • CPA
  • ROAS
  • CTR
  • Conversion rate
  • Engagement and acquisition metrics
  • Cost efficiency across channels

• Support ongoing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) activity where appropriate

Reporting & Insight

• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using platform reporting tools, GA4, and

digital dashboards

• Produce clear, actionable performance reports with insights and recommendations

• Use data and performance insights to inform testing plans, optimisation opportunities, and

future campaign decisions

• Support conversion tracking and campaign measurement implementation

Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across membership, learning, product, commercial,

partnerships, and events teams to support integrated campaign objectives

• Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to brief creative assets and landing pages

aligned with campaign goals and brand standards

• Manage campaign budgets effectively and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth

• Stay up to date with platform developments, paid media trends, SEO developments, and

industry best practice

• Following, promoting and implementing UK Coaching’s policies and values for the equal

• Undertaking any other tasks appropriate to this level of responsibility

Person Specification

Essential

• Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms

• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and tracking implementation

• Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals, including:

  • Keyword strategy
  • Bidding approaches
  • Quality Score
  • Creative testing
  • Audience targeting

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with confidence interpreting performance data

• Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and digital performance dashboards

• Understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimisation, and paid media measurement

• Understanding of how SEO and paid media work together to improve digital performance

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills

• High attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving

Desirable

• Experience with Performance Max campaigns, remarketing, and audience segmentation

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and YouTube advertising

• Experience working within:

  • Membership organisations
  • Education or learning environments
  • Sport or charity sectors
  • Purpose-led organisations

• Experience across B2C, B2B, or subscription-based marketing
