About The Role 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Planning & Systems Coordinator to join our growing Supply Chain team. 

This role sits at the centre of our operations, supporting planning, logistics coordination and operational data across the business. You will work closely with teams including Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Quality and Operations to help ensure product availability and supply chain visibility. 

Our environment is fast-paced and project-driven, with frequent product launches and operational initiatives that require strong coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working with systems and data, and contributing to process improvements within a growing supply chain function. 

As the team evolves, we are moving from large manual Excel planning files towards more automated planning tools and AI-driven systems. This role will support that transition and contribute to projects aimed at improving reporting, automation, and planning visibility. 

This position provides excellent exposure to supply chain operations and offers a strong development pathway into Supply Planning responsibilities over time. 

Your work will help ensure products are available when our teams need them, supporting product launches, production schedules, and customer demand. 

Key Responsibilities 

Supply Planning Support 

  • Supporting the Supply Planning team with planning administration and data maintenance 

  • Maintaining planning spreadsheets and systems to ensure accurate supply and stock data 

  • Assisting with work order creation and supply planning documentation 

  • Supporting planners with supply plan updates and stock monitoring across product categories 

 

Purchase Order & Supplier Coordination 

  • Raising and maintaining purchase orders in NetSuite 

  • Tracking supplier orders and following up on delivery schedules 

  • Maintaining PO trackers and ensuring consistency across planning systems 

  • Supporting supplier communication where required 

 

Logistics & Operational Coordination 

  • Tracking inbound shipments and maintaining ETA reporting used across departments 

  • Supporting logistics reporting and supply chain visibility across production and deliveries 

  • Coordinating with subcontractors and third-party partners where required 

 

Systems & Data Management 

  • Maintaining product, component and logistics information in NetSuite 

  • Uploading and maintaining product packaging and master carton data 

  • Maintaining supply chain master data including BoMs and product codes 

  • Supporting reporting accuracy across supply chain systems and planning tools 

 

Continuous Improvement & Process Development 

  • Supporting improvements to supply chain reporting and operational dashboards 

  • Identifying opportunities to simplify or automate manual processes 

  • Assisting with the transition from Excel-based planning to automated supply planning tools such as Netstock 

  • Supporting data preparation, validation and testing during system or reporting improvements 

 

 

What We’re Looking For 

Essential 

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills 

  • Advanced Excel and strong data-handling capability 

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally 

 

Desirable 

  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Netstock 

  • Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or planning environments 

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field 

 

Personal Attributes 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment 

  • Able to adapt quickly as priorities and timelines change 

  • Enjoys solving operational problems and improving processes 

  • Curious about systems, automation, and reporting improvements 

  • Proactive communicator who collaborates well with multiple teams 

 

What We Offer 

  • Employment Type: This role is offered full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. 

  • Location: Tropic HQ is a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, with direct links to East Croydon and Wimbledon. 

  • Hybrid Working: Enjoy a blend of office and remote working with a minimum of 3 days in the office. 

  • Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 DOE
