Description

Summary:

The Strategic Sourcing Analyst plays a critical role in driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and supply continuity across Tritium’s global supply chain. This role supports sourcing strategy development, supplier negotiations, RFQ execution, and data-driven decision-making aligned with Tritium’s growth in EV charging infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support category sourcing strategies
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers
  • Conduct should-cost analysis and benchmarking
  • Lead RFQ processes (issue, analyze, compare, award)
  • Support supplier negotiations (pricing, MOQ, lead time, terms)
  • Drive dual sourcing and risk mitigation strategies
  • Track supplier KPIs (OTD, quality, responsiveness)
  • Support supplier audits and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with procurement standards
  • Improve sourcing processes and workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in EV, automotive, or power electronics.
