The Lakes by Yoo is exclusive private development, spread across 850 acres of woodland, meadows & lakes in the Cotswold water park. Established for over 15 years, we build unique, luxury lakefront and woodland second homes. The estate also includes the Award-winning Orchard Spa, and numerous clubhouse buildings.
The Estate is fully serviced with 24hr security, Concierge and Guest Services team to help with all resident and guest requests. The Estate is home to several communal spaces and facilities including a full-service spa and gym, tennis courts, a bird hide, a lakeside café bar, and a zip wire. A range of activities such as kayaking, yoga, fishing, bushcraft, and kids’ clubs are available to all residents and guests on a daily basis
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
We’re looking for an events assistant with hospitality experience to join us at some of the most amazing events being hosted on our estate this year, our events can be large or small and will range from a mix of social, corporate events and weddings.
You will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and serving food and drinks at these events. You will help assist event managers with admin based tasks prior to the event alongside event space preparation, service, clean up, and respond to questions, complaints, and requests throughout the duration of the event
What we are looking for in you:
· Previous hospitality experience is preferred
· Must be over 18 and legally able to live and work in the United Kingdom
· Full driving license with access to a vehicle
· Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions
· Well-presented team players who are happy to get stuck in!
· Enthusiastic, flexible and reliable
