Seasonal Kitchen Assistant

We’re looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team, with shifts shared across our Mezzanine and Blooms Kitchen teams.

Contract: Temporary, Seasonal 8 week contract

Hours: 15 hours per week

Shifts: 8am – 4pm every Saturday & Sunday

What you’ll be doing:

As part of our kitchen team, you’ll play a key role in delivering delicious, high-quality food to our customers. From prepping fresh ingredients and supporting our chefs, to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and safely, you’ll make sure our standards stay top-notch.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting food to consistent quality, portion, and timing standards
• Assisting chefs with food prep and cooking tasks
• Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and hygienic (from equipment to utensils)
• Monitoring stock, minimising waste, and handling deliveries efficiently
• Carrying out temperature checks and food safety procedures
• Building great relationships with your colleagues to keep things running seamlessly
