Christmas is one of the most exciting times of the year at Tong Garden Centre, and we’re looking for a passionate, organised and inspiring Grotto Manager to help bring the magic to life.

From excited children meeting Santa for the very first time to families creating special festive memories, our Grotto is at the heart of the Christmas experience. We’re looking for someone who can lead a team with enthusiasm, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure every guest receives a truly memorable visit.

🎄 What You’ll Be Doing

✨ Leading the day-to-day operation of the Christmas Grotto

🎅 Managing and motivating a team of Supervisors, Elves and seasonal team members

📅 Planning rotas and ensuring the Grotto is fully staffed throughout the season

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Delivering an outstanding experience for every guest and their family

📋 Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

💡 Troubleshooting challenges and making decisions quickly and effectively

🎁 Managing guest feedback and resolving issues professionally

🤝 Working closely with teams across the Garden Centre to ensure a seamless festive experience

🌟 Creating a positive, fun and engaging environment for both guests and colleagues
