🎯 The Role: Grass Hoppers Manager 🦗

This isn’t just a job — it’s your chance to build, shape and lead a brand-new operation from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of Grass Hoppers
• Driving sales, performance and efficiency across the site
• Creating an engaged, motivated, high-performing team
• Planning ahead for seasonal demand, school holidays & events
• Delivering an outstanding, safe and fun experience for every customer
• Handling escalated customer queries and ensuring great outcomes

👉 You’ll work closely with the wider business to bring the Grass Hoppers vision to life, ensuring it runs smoothly, commercially and brilliantly every single day

• Bring a positive, hands-on leadership style

Experience in customer service is essential, and experience with children or catering is a bonus
