Otley Garden Centre has recently been refurbished and is looking better than ever – fresh, modern, and ready to welcome even more customers. Our restaurant is right at the heart of the experience, and we’re looking for someone special to lead it.

🍰 The role in a nutshell

This is your chance to run a busy, vibrant restaurant where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the helm of our catering operation – leading the team, delighting customers, and making sure everything runs like clockwork (even on the busiest cake-and-coffee rush!).

This is a full time role working 37 hours per week including alternate weekends

👩‍🍳 What you’ll be doing

• Leading, motivating and developing a fantastic team of supervisors, chefs, and front-of-house colleagues
• Creating a welcoming, smooth-running restaurant that customers love coming back to
• Keeping standards sky-high – from food hygiene to presentation
• Managing rotas, stock, and costs to keep the business performing strongly
• Working with chefs on menus and seasonal ideas (yes, including those big events everyone loves!)
• Handling the occasional tricky situation with customers – calmly and professionally
• Helping shape the future direction of the restaurant with forward planning and fresh ideas

You’ll probably already be managing a large, fast-paced catering or hospitality operation and ready for your next challenge.
