As a Customer Service Agent at our Gateshead office, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction within the Advertising & PR industry. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about our services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.

Qualifications:
