Are you ready to be the unsung hero of our festive event? We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and attentive Washroom Cleaners to keep our facilities sparkling, sanitary, and welcoming for our guests.
In this vital role, you are key to the guest experience. A magical Christmas event relies on pristine presentation, and our washrooms are no exception. Working closely with the Attractions Team Leaders and the Event Duty Manager, you will ensure our facilities are constantly serviced, fully stocked, and kept to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Main Responsibilities
Cleaning & Hygiene Standards

Regular Servicing: Conduct regular, thorough cleaning sweeps of all guest and staff washrooms, ensuring toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors are kept spotless.

Waste Management: Empty waste bins regularly, ensuring sanitary bins are monitored and rubbish is disposed of safely and correctly.

Deep Cleaning: Carry out scheduled deep cleans during quieter periods to maintain immaculate presentation.
Stock & Supply Management

Consumables Replenishment: Monitor and constantly replenish essential supplies, including toilet rolls, hand soap, paper towels, and hand sanitiser

Stock Reporting: Keep track of cleaning chemical and consumable stock levels, alerting the Team Leader when supplies are running low.
Safety & Site Pride

Hazard Prevention: Promptly clean up spills and display “wet floor” warning signs immediately to prevent slips, trips, and falls.

Chemical Safety: Follow safe working practices and COSHH guidelines when using, diluting, and storing cleaning chemicals.

Reporting Maintenance: Identify and report any plumbing issues, broken fixtures, or lighting failures immediately to the Attractions team leader
