Location: Molly’s Bar & Restaurant


Position: Seasonal Assistant Manager


Hours: 25–40 hours per week (additional hours may be available during peak periods)

Molly’s Bar & Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Working alongside management and colleagues, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our bar and restaurant at Coed Helen Holiday Park.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting management and colleagues in the daily running of the business

Leading and motivating front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Assisting with staff training, development, and performance management

Managing shifts and staffing levels

Ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation

Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures

Supporting the delivery of events, functions, and promotions

What We’re Looking For:

Previous management experience within hospitality setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

A positive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example

Excellent customer service

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Personal License holder preferred
