Mobile Cleaning Manager £30,000–£32,000 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Bonuses

📍 Based in Burton-on-Trent 🕑 Monday–Friday | 5am-1pm

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Morning Cleaning Manager to join our growing team.

You’ll support our cleaning teams across Burton, Derby, Nottingham, Lichfield, Tamworth and surrounding areas, ensuring our sites remain clean and our customers are happy.

What you’ll be doing:

✔ Supporting and supervising cleaning teams 

✔ Carrying out site visits and quality audits 

✔ Training and inducting new cleaners 

✔ Answering cleaner queries between 5am and 9am via phone. Potentially arranging cover for sickness absences when required. 

✔ Conducting trial shifts for new applicants 

✔ Building great relationships with customers

You’ll need:

• Commercial cleaning experience
• A full UK driving licence
• Great people and communication skills
• To be organised, proactive and happy to travel

The working hours are Monday–Friday, 5am–1pm. The company vehicle is provided for business use during these working hours.
