What is important to us is finding someone with strong leadership skills, a good understanding of domiciliary care and a genuine passion for delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established service with strong foundations, while having the autonomy and support to develop the team, strengthen quality and drive sustainable growth.

  • Drive sustainable service growth through business development and community engagement.
  • Build positive relationships with people using the service, families, professionals and commissioners.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and lead positive change across the service.
  • Participate in the on-call rota.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong experience within domiciliary care or a similar community-based care service.
  • Experience leading, supervising or developing care teams.
  • A good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
  • The confidence to take ownership, make decisions and lead a service effectively.
  • A positive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An interest in developing and growing a high-quality care service.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or be working towards/willing to undertake this.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Previous Registered Manager experience is welcomed but is not essential. We are equally interested in hearing from talented managers who can demonstrate that they are ready to take the next step.
