Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and execution of construction tests and inspections
• Support senior team members in collecting and analysing data from tests
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
• Maintain accurate records of test results and observations
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

• A minimum of GCSEs in Mathematics and English or equivalent qualifications
• Basic understanding of construction principles and practices is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a practical environment
